About our school
J-Rapport
“Rapport” is a clinical psychology term which is used to describe the mental state between the therapist and the client.
In our school, we focus on the idea of “steadily building a relationship of trust.”
It is a particularly important mindset to have as a career consultant, and we believe that without a trustful relationship it is impossible to work closely with our clients.
Therefore, we value the policy of trying to understand and do what is best for each individual.

When I was an employee at a Taiwanese airline, I agonized over not being able to understand Chinese. During those times, it was my Taiwanese peers that helped me.
Through my experience, I began to think “now it’s my turn to help foreign people working in Japan,” and I have been gaining experience towards this establishment.
From my experience up to this point, I have realized that there are people who have the ability to succeed butcannot display them because of the cultural difference andlanguage barrier.
We aim to improve business performances for those who conduct activities across national boundaries as well as the Japanese who collaborate with them and to provide support to brighten their lifestyle as a whole.
